Whether you're hosting a cook-out or a formal dinner, our top-rate culinary staff can meet your group’s dietary needs and budget. We have extensive experience preparing meals for vegetarians, vegans, and other specific diets related to allergies and medical conditions. We prepare food in nut-free kitchens.
Dining and Catering
Meals are served at six locations. We are happy to work with you to provide box lunches or cookouts at other locations on the property.
Baxter Dining Hall is our primary banquet hall and can accommodate up to 250 people. Service ranges from family-style to catered formal dinners. There is no facility charge for your group to use the dining hall during these scheduled meal hours.
Your menu selections are due three weeks before your event. Be sure to include requests for vegetarian, vegans, and other specific dietary needs at this time. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but may not be able to provide quality options.
You will need to submit your guaranteed number of guests 10 business days before the event. Your final bill will be based on the guaranteed number you submitted or the number of guests who eat the meal, whichever is larger.
A service charge will be added for all cookouts and outdoor meals.
